Certainry, sir.

On Saturday morning I got a sweet buffet breakfast and a load of croissants, before heading into Shibuya at about 1130.

I thought the big pedestrian crossing bit would be a bit bigger. It looked a lot more impressive the night before, with adverts being projected onto one of the buildings but I was too tired to take a photo.

There was an angry guy giving a speech.

I went to the Starbucks that looks over the pedestrian crossing and got a green tea frappucino, a caramel coffee frappucino and the smallest chicken wrap I ever saw. It cost about 10 quid but the guide book said it needed to be done.

I went to check out Shakey’s pizza, but it looked totally rough so I didn’t bother.

I went for a look round HMV but all the things I wanted were about 20 quid…

…and blogged from this weird booth.

On the way to Asakusa to find a hotel, I stopped at Ginza and went to this ‘german’ beer hall for a potato salad and two litres of Sapporo, it was great.

This poster was at Ginza metro station.

Turns out the capsule hotel I stayed at before was fully booked, so I went to this yakitori place on the river.

Someone there helped me find this hostel place which costs less than 15 quid a night and is pretty good.

I got an 8-person room last night and managed to knock over a ladder on the way in and wake everyone up at about 0200.

I’m in a four person room tonight and it costs 1 pound more, so I’m excited to see it.
